MED24 offers three channels of communication with doctors. E-consultations can be held by phone, video, or chat. You decide which of the above methods is most convenient for you. To use a doctor's help privately at MED24:

• Register on our portal or log in to your account if you have created one in the past,
• Select the type of service (internal medicine or pediatric teleconsultation in the Standard or Express version; e-consultation with a specialist in the Standard version),
• Choose the method of communication with the doctor (video call, in-app chat, doctor by phone),
• Add a discount code and pay for the teleconsultation,
• Upload your medical records to the system, if you have them (medical certificate, medical report, medical history, hospital discharge summary, specialist opinion).
